Welcome to the Hamad bin Khalifa Student Center and the event scheduling process. The Student Center staff are here to assist you in your event scheduling and planning process and needs. To assist you we have event scheduling guidelines which cover general policies and procedures of the student center as well as meeting room guidelines, capacities and equipment available to use. To start the process, go to http://hbku-sc.qf.org.qa.Create an account, browse venues and send your request (check EMS online reservation system page). A staff member will respond to your request during business hours (Sun-Thursday from 7:30am-3:30pm) within 2 business days of receiving the request. On the weekend or holiday expect to get a response the start of the following Sunday. We look forward to hosting you in the Student Center.
