The faculty and staff of Education City join together as continuous learners who learn with each other, push the boundaries of knowledge, and share what they learn for the benefit of students. This learning community is the fuel that feeds the flames of learning in all. Sharing what we discover draws others into deeper learning and establishes a community that pulls out the best from each and every scholar who is part of it. We are active scholars, committed to each other and to the advancement of knowledge.
Education City, created by Qatar Foundation and evolving with its invited partners, is a unique and visionary learning community. The affiliated academic institutions have a primary mission of designing and delivering effective learning programs for all students in Education City. Carrying out this mission is the responsibility of a growing number – and expanding network – of dedicated educators, professors, and professional staff. These individuals come from a wide variety of backgrounds and bring an equally wide variety of experience and expertise to Education City. They are co-creators of – and participants in – this learning community.
