Qatar Foundation and the Universities in Education City spend the academic year reaching out to private and independent schools in Qatar. These programs happen in the form of events, school visits and hosting programs. Discover Education City will take place on October 5, 2011 at the Student Center. This event is a great opportunity for prospective students, parents and others interested in learning about Education City to hear about exciting opportunities here and also about the admissions process. 

In addition to this event, Qatar Foundation and the universities in Education City host general information sessions which are open to the public.  Please check back in January for more information about these sessions.

School visits

Qatar Foundation and the admissions offices of the Education City universities will start visiting schools in October.  We will visit independent schools on Mondays and Wednesdays and private schools on Tuesdays.  These visits consist of a general presentation about the universities in Education City. Please check back for information about spring visits. 

School hosting

We host schools in Education City on Thursdays.  This involves an opportunity to visit the campus, see our world-class facilities at the Student Center and the university buildings and also to learn more about Education City from the student perspective.
