Our buildings have either 3, 4 or 6 people to an apartment, or in the villas’ case, 2 people per bedroom and 8 people per villa. The breakdown for each residence hall description are as follows:
Apartments for 3: These apartments have 1 bedroom shared by 3 people, 1 bathroom, a common area and full kitchen per apartment. These buildings are reserved for upperclassmen. The buildings that follow this layout are SB1,SB2, SB3 and MB3.
Apartments for 4: These apartments have 2 bedrooms shared by 2 people each, 2 bathrooms, a common area and a full kitchen. These buildings are reserved for upperclassmen. The buildings that follow this layout are MB1 and MB2.
Apartments for 6: These apartments have 3 bedrooms, shared by 2 people each, 3 bathrooms, a common area, and a full kitchen. These apartments are reserved for first-year students only. The buildings that follow this layout are FB1, FB2 and FB3.
Villas: Villa style housing is slightly different than our other residence halls. Programming in these buildings is specifically themed around sustainability. There are 4 bedrooms per villa, with 2 people in each bedroom. 8 people share 3 bathrooms, 1 living room, 1 full kitchen, 1 study room. There are two floors to each villa as well. Two villas are connected to each other to form a community of 16 people. Villas 1 and 2 are reserved for females, and villas 7 and 8 are reserved for males.
