Students seeking financial aid can submit the application online, ONLY, after they have accepted a place at a branch campus at Education City. The financial aid application is accessible on line by clicking on the following link: financial aid website.

Students may register an account prior to being admitted to one of the branch campuses at Education City. Once the student has registered an account, a user ID and password will be generated and sent by the financial aid office.

Application Deadline

Online submission of the financial aid application and materials should be done  as follows:

  • Returning Students: starting February 12, 2012 – closing 31 March, 2012
  • New Students: starting April 01, 2012 – closing 31 May. 2012 

Timely submission of the financial aid application will help ensure early notification of award recipients. Students may be notified of an aid award before they need to inform the University of their Intention to Enroll. Therefore, we strongly recommend that students start collecting the required financial aid documents early in the process. 

How to Apply

Students are encouraged to complete the application for financial aid as early as possible.

  • Register an account prior to being admitted to one of the university branch campuses at Education City.
  • Collect and scan soft copies of all supporting documents; that you will have to upload once your financial aid account is activated
  • Once you submit your FA application the FAO might request you to, meet with a financial aid representative to submit originals of uploaded required documents
