Hall Desk Clerks are stationed in FB3 residence hall and offer customer service and clerical support to all residents. They are the first point of contact when you need to report any services or maintenance work to be conducted in your apartment as well as providing assistance during move-in and move-out days.

Residence Hall Directors are full-time professional staff members and valuable resources who can answer your questions about Hamad Bin Khalifa University and life on campus. Throughout the year they plan a variety of educational initiatives and events in the residence halls. Each RHD manages 2-3 communities and supervises the CDAs of those buildings. RHDs are there to provide a safe and successful academic and co-curricular experience while living on campus.

The Housing Facilities Supervisor oversees planned and urgent maintenance for all of the residence halls. This staff member liaises with Facilities Management for cleaning and maintenance staffing, major appliance replacement and assists in the monthly safety and hygiene inspections of the facilities.

The Housing Assignments and Facilities Officer is primarily responsible for the housing assignments and billing and refund processes. This staff member supervises the Hall Desk Clerks and helps ensure that maintenance and repair work occurs in a supervised environment.

The Housing and Residence Life Coordinators (HRLCs) oversee the administrative responsibilities associated with QF Housing and Residence Life. These staff members supervises full-time professional staff to ensure that their residential area is providing appropriate programs that support the academic and personal success of students.

The Assistant Director for Housing and Residence Life oversees the administrative and educational responsibilities associated with Housing and Residence Life. This staff member supervises the HRLC and other full-time professional staff to ensure that the entire residence life program is providing appropriate programs and services to residents that support the academic and personal success of students.
Assistant Director of Housing & Residence Life
The Director of Student Life is responsible for the overall supervision, administration and leadership of QF Housing and Residence Life staff in Hamad Bin Khalifa University. In addition, Faculty and Staff Life, Sustainability Education, and Health and Wellness are all part of the Director’s scope of responsibilities.
