Conference participants are responsible for all aspects of their accommodation arrangements including but not limited to contacting the hotel directly, booking rooms, paying respective fees, and cancellation if applicable. To obtain rates mentioned above please refer to Qatar Foundation—2012 NASPA/ACPA. Please complete and send the Reservation Form to the Millennium Reservation Department.

Visas
All nationalities other than citizens of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries need a visa to enter into Qatar. Thirty-one nationalities can now obtain a visa at Qatar’s airport. Citizens of the European Union, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Singapore, South Korea, Japan, Brunei and Hong Kong are eligible for a two-week, single-entry tourist visa, which is issued on arrival at the airport and costs QR100 payable by credit card only. Additional Notes about Visas
1. Nationals of over 33 countries mentioned below can get tourist visas on arrival at any port of entry in Qatar. The countries are: The United States of America, Britain, France, Italy, Germany, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Spain, Monaco, Vatican, Iceland, Honduras, San Marino, Liechtenstein, Brunei, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and South Korea.
2. GCC residents holders must be a manager/upper position with specific Job titles can also be granted a tourist visa on arrival (to Qatar) at the airport.

3. Participants can also take the visa through Hotel, once they pay the hotel charges and visa charges. Visa cost is around 200 QR only.
If none of the above is applicable to you, the planning committee can then send you a letter of invitation to the conference however, getting the visa is the participant’s responsibility. You will have to apply at the Qatari Embassy/Consulate in your city/country.
