The IEEE student branch at Texas A&M at Qatar is hosting the second IEEE Middle East Student Branch Congress (ME-SBC) 15-18 March. Organized by the IEEE student branch at Texas A&M at Qatar, the congress aims to expose undergraduate students in Qatar and the Middle East to new technology and to update students about the latest electrical engineering trends.
