DOHA: Northwestern University in Qatar (NU-Q) has announced names of 26 students who have earned the distinction of being placed on the Dean’s List in recognition of their academic excellence during the fall term last year.

Journalism students given the honour are: Zineb Abdessadok, Laala Al-Jaber, Mai Al-Mannai, Saif-U-Din Alnuweiri, Sidra Ayub, Yara Darwish Fakhroo, Zeena Kanaan, Benazir Karim, Jassim Kunji, Katja Novakovic, Caitlin Sewell, and Nazneen Zahan.

Communication students are: Latifa Al-Darwish, Sarah Abou Zant, Lama Al-Abdulla, Jassim Al-Romaihi, Hattan Al-Thani, Tasbih Amin, Dana Atrach, Amit Chowdhury, Hazar Eskandar, Rezwan Md. Islam, Mo’tasem Kalaji, Sara Kawas, Rasha Said, and Zaina Salameh.
