Welcome to the Hamad bin Khalifa University Student Center!

 

 

Traditionally considered the “living room” of campus, student centers serve as the hub for both formal and informal interaction between students, faculty, and staff. It is a building full of vitality and host to a wide variety of educational, cultural, social, and recreational activities. Our mission is connecting, engaging, and creating community in the heart of Education City.

 

As a student-centered and educationally purposeful facility, we strive to deepen the student learning experience and develop community across traditional institutional boundaries. This work is done in collaboration with our world renowned university partners and by providing involvement opportunities for all university students in the areas of student organizations, service-learning, leadership development, as well as sport and recreation.

 

While the primary focus of our work is enhancing the educational experience for university students, the Student Center is open and welcome to all members of the Education City community. If you have not had the chance to visit this incredible new facility, I encourage you to come over and see it for yourself. We are sure that when you experience what we have to offer you will come back time and time again.
